In May 2026, Elacin France was awarded the EcoVadis ‘Committed Company’ badge, in recognition of its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainable business practices.
This award highlights our commitment to integrating environmental, social and ethical considerations into our business practices and development. It marks a new milestone in an ongoing journey at Elacin.
An assessment based on four main themes
EcoVadis assesses the quality of companies’ CSR management systems, taking into account their policies, the measures they have implemented, and the resources used to monitor them.
The assessment covers four main areas:
- the environment
- social issues and human rights
- ethics
- responsible procurement.
The ‘Committed Company’ badge recognises the initiatives implemented by Elacin France across these areas. It does not certify the company or its products, but rather recognises its CSR performance in accordance with the EcoVadis methodology.
Sustainability as part of our mission
Sustainability is an integral part of Elacin’s mission: helping to protect hearing for the long term while reducing the environmental impact of our operations and custom hearing protection solutions.
Our custom hearing protectors are designed to last for several years, offering a durable and more sustainable hearing protection solution. As a result, they offer a more sustainable alternative to disposable hearing protectors by reducing the use of raw materials and the amount of waste generated over time.
